Founded in 1986, Buyer One was a revolutionary new concept at the time: representing Buyers exclusively in an industry that only represented sellers. Buyer One was the first company in the USA dedicated to be an advocate of the Buyer in a real estate transaction. The company's model was and remains one of a specialty service. However, today the concept has spread throughout the country.
Buyer One contributed to create a fair playing field for buyers, the implementation of state and federal mandated disclosures, contingencies and remedies in favor of Buyers where before there was none. We lobbied at the state level to enact mandatory disclosure of agency. At the local Association of Realtors we argued our right to belong to the MLS System although we had no listings. We participated in the creation of REBAC, Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council before it was acquired by the National Association of Realtors.
At our brokerage we have over 20 years of experience in this field. We believe that Buyers should have an agent that represents their interests exclusively. Something that traditional brokers can not offer. The interests of the Buyer are opposite to the interests of the Seller and the Listing Broker. It is this simple. This is why we do not take listing and always know who's interest we are representing: the Buyer's.
We are recognized by our devotion, integrity and effectiveness. In 2008 and 2009 we received "The Best of Chandler" from the US Local Business Association which is given to small local companies that "enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community."
