At Buyer One we specialize in the purchase of residential homes, town homes, condos, lots, new construction and multifamily units.
We only work for buyers
You may not be aware of it, but a real estate sign in front of a home means that that real estate company owes their loyalty to the seller, and it is their job to look out for the seller. If you are a homebuyer, then you need a real estate company to look out just for you.
Since we don’t take listings and have nothing to sell our loyalty isn’t divided when it comes to working for you. You’ll never feel pressure from us to buy a particular home. Our job is to help you find the home you want ― in any price range ― and help you get it, while protecting your interests and obeying all your instructions.
Our services don’t cost you more
In fact, it may cost you less! We don’t require any up front fees and customarily our company is paid a fee from the listing broker or builder. This fee will be paid whether you use our services or not. Or you may choose to retain us on an hourly or flat fee basis. All of this is tailored to meet your specific needs.
Our system saves you time
We have access to nearly every home on the market, new and resale; and since we have no preferences, we’ll make the whole market available the minute we start working for you. You may even request a mapped list of these homes and drive by at your own leisure and then call your Associate to arrange a showing.
Over the years we have perfected our system to make your home buying easier and faster, without pressure and with you in full control of your transaction.
We protect your interest
Before we begin negotiating for you, we’ll put the home you’ve chosen through an extensive examination that covers everything from the physical condition of the home to your ability to sell it again later, because your home is not only a place to live, but also a major investment.
The right home also includes consideration of local schools, shopping and proximity to work, churches, medical facilities, libraries, parks and so on.
We’ll bring to your attention environmental factors such as proposed highways, flood zones, super fund sites or obsolete neighborhood markets that may affect your resale value.
We negotiate hard
Since we only represent buyers, our Associates are real professionals at meeting your needs. They’ll drive a hard bargain on your behalf to get you the best possible deal—price, terms and financing.
They’ll arrange your mortgage, escrow, and inspections; will attend to every single detail of your transaction and will be with you at closing to make sure that everything is to your total satisfaction!
It doesn’t end here
There’s a lot more to buying a home than just closing the deal. Our job continues after you’ve settled into your new home to make sure that everything is in order; and help you with any questions or problems that may come up, as long as you own your home.
